How sports can improve Chilean life standards
Sport is very important for health, that can prevent obesity and also is an important factor to relieve stressYou can do whathever you want, they are so many tipes of sports that it impossible not to find one you like, and if you don't find it is because you're a lazzy person jojo
If you want it you can always do any sport you want, like soccer, running, tennis, volleybal, etc but maybe the only problem you maybe have is that you don't have the right material to realize it ,,,
For different reasons they maybe be some difficults, but it is importante to be perseverant and still motivate to do it!
Sports are very important for health, and some studies say that they minimize crime, so that is why the government should provide more facilities for each sport (collective and individual)
I practice soccer, and without it i don´t know what i can do, I relieves stress, it makes me distracted and above all things that makes me sad and i have a really good time ... is the best thing that exists
This is my ex soccer team from school, i really miss them, we were the campions for all tournaments <3
